The São Paulo State Cancer Institute (Icesp) will hold the III Icesp Infectology Symposium (Simpósio de Infectologia) on June 26 and 27, 2026. The event will take place in person at the Institute’s auditorium.
Organized by the Icesp Hospital Infection Control Service (SCIH)/Infectious Diseases Department, the symposium aims to promote updates and the exchange of experiences in infectious diseases and hospital infection control in cancer patients. The event is intended for infectious disease specialists, oncologists, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, residents, and other healthcare professionals interested in oncology patients.
Registration is now open. For physicians, the fees are R$ 300.00 in the first registration period, until May 30, and R$ 350.00 in the second registration period, until June 24. For non-physician professionals and residents, the fees are R$ 200.00 in the first registration period and R$ 250.00 in the second.
Professionals and residents from the Hospital das Clínicas Complex of Faculdade de Medicina da USP and from the Emílio Ribas Institute of Infectious Diseases are eligible for a 50% registration discount. Members of the Sociedade Paulista de Infectologia and APECIH are also eligible for a 10% discount upon use of a promotional code.
