The study published in Scientific Reports demonstrates that oncolytic virotherapy with Semliki Forest virus replicons modifies melanoma-derived extracellular vesicles, reducing their ability to suppress the immune system. This could pave the way for new combined therapeutic strategies in cancer treatment.
