She holds a degree in Biological Sciences – Medical Modality (2008) from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), with a specialization in Clinical Analysis and Genetics. Obtained a Master’s degree (2011) in Genetics from the Department of Morphology and Genetics (UNIFESP), and a Ph.D. (2017) from the Graduate Program in Oncology at the Faculdade de Medicina da USP (FMUSP). She works as a Researcher at the Center for Translational Research in Oncology (CTO/LIM24) of the Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo (ICESP/FMUSP) and at the Comprehensive Center for Precision Oncology (C2PO) of the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
