She graduated in Biological Sciences – Medical Modality from the Federal University of São Paulo (2011). She completed a scientific initiation program at the Department of Pharmacology, Drug Action Mechanisms sector, in the Cell Death Signaling Laboratory at the Federal University of São Paulo (2009–2011). She obtained a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from the Escola Paulista de Medicina – UNIFESP (2014) and earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the same institution (2014–2018). She carried out a Sandwich Doctorate at the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Biology, “Lazzaro Spallanzani” National Institute for Infectious Diseases (INMI) in Rome, Italy (2015–2016). She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Viral Vectors Laboratory of the São Paulo State Cancer Institute (ICESP), where she currently works as a Researcher. She also coordinates and is one of the principal investigators at the Recombinant Viral Vectors Core (Rede Premium – FMUSP), which provides services for the production and titration of viral vectors, as well as the modification of cell lines using viral vectors (lentivirus and retrovirus). She collaborates on national and international projects involving melanoma research, cell signaling, autophagy, cell death, gene therapy, and tumor immunomodulation. She maintains scientific exchange with national researchers at UNIFESP and USP and international collaborators at the University of Tor Vergata and INMI Lazzaro Spallanzani. Her main areas of expertise include pharmacology and molecular biology. In addition to basic research, she is also interested in teaching and didactics. Her primary research topics include cancer biology, melanoma, autophagy, cell death, chemoresistance, cell signaling, and gene therapy. (Translated from Currículo Lattes)
